The calculator shows the total number of days you have lived in the "Total lived" line. It also converts this into total weeks and total hours. For example, a person born on 15 June 1995 has lived 11,431 days by 1 October 2026, which is 1,633 full weeks.

When the day of the target date is smaller than the day of birth, the tool borrows one month and adds the number of days in the month before the target date. This matches the way most people count age by hand, so the result is correct for 28, 29, 30, and 31-day months.
