Merge PDF

Use a browser-based tool like the OmniTools360 Merge PDF tool, which processes files on your own device. Select your PDFs, put them in order, and click Merge. The files are read and joined inside your browser with JavaScript, so they are not uploaded to any server, which keeps private documents on your computer.

You can change the order of the files, but not individual pages. Use the up and down arrows next to each file to move it in the list, and the merged PDF follows that order. To reorder single pages, first extract the pages you need with a split tool, then merge the parts in the order you want.
