You cannot shrink a photo a lot with zero quality loss, but you can make the loss hard to see. Set the Compression Quality slider between 70% and 85%, compare the preview with the original, and download when it looks right. For many photos this cuts the file size by half or more.
How do I compress an image to under 100 KB?
Move the Compression Quality slider to the left and watch the compressed file size until it is below 100 KB. If it is still too large at low quality, the image has too many pixels. Use the Image Resizer to reduce its width and height first, then compress it again.
Does this image compressor upload my photos?

Why did my PNG turn into a JPG after compressing?
