Frequently asked questions

Does this PDF QR code expire?

No. This is a static QR code: the information is stored inside the pattern itself, not behind a redirect on our servers. It keeps working for as long as the printed code is readable, with no subscription, scan limit or watermark. The PDF itself must stay at the same online address, though.

Can I upload my PDF here?

No. OmniTools360 does not host files. A QR code can only hold a short amount of data, so it must point to a PDF that is already online. Upload it to your website or a cloud drive and paste its link.

Can I update the PDF without reprinting the code?

Yes, if you replace the file at the same link. Many website hosts and cloud drives let you upload a new version while keeping the same address.

Why does my PDF ask people to sign in?

The file's sharing settings are private. Change them to public or "anyone with the link" and test again from a different phone.
